Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used with this Agreement, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.

  • Online Casino: The internet gaming system on the Website and related services and gaming activities offered by QQ158, including online casino, slots, sports, fishing, and other games where applicable.
  • Player Account: A registered personal account opened by an individual and maintained with us to enable that person to play games on the Online Gaming Platform.
  • Software: The software licensed to us, including any program or data file, that needs to be downloaded, accessed, or otherwise utilized by you from QQ158, enabling you to participate in the Online Gaming Platform.
  • Username and Password: The username and password chosen by you upon registration with QQ158.
  • You: The registered member of the Online Gaming Platform.
  • Us / We / Ours: QQ158 and its related websites.
  • Website: The QQ158 website and any related sites accessible via links or other access methods.

2. Subject Matter of Agreement

This Agreement covers the arrangements between you and us with relation to your use of the Online Gaming Platform for play-for-real games.

3. Legal Requirements

  1. You can only use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are of the legal age as determined by the law of the country where you live.
  2. You cannot use the Online Gaming Platform and/or the Website if you are under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
  3. Some legal jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of online gambling and others have specifically made online gambling illegal. We do not intend that anyone should use the Online Gaming Platform where such use is illegal. Use of the Online Gaming Platform is void wherever prohibited by applicable law. 4. License To Use Software

We hereby grant to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for playing on the Online Gaming Platform, in accordance with the following provisions.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Enter, access or attempt to bypass our security system or otherwise interfere with the Online Gaming Platform or the Website.

You do not own the Software. The Software is owned and is the exclusive property of the licensor. Your use of the Software does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Software.

The software is provided as is without any warranties, conditions, undertakings or representations, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will meet your requirements, be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

5. Security

  1. We only allow access to play games on the Online Gaming Platform through secured networks using encryption of the Username and Password.
  2. You may not use the Online Gaming Platform for any commercial use or on behalf of another person. Any use is for your own private purposes only.
  3. You must keep your Username and Password confidential. You shall be responsible for all transactions conducted with your Player Account.
  4. You will not allow any third party to use your Player Account, and you will not use any other person's Player Account or means of payment.
  5. It is your responsibility to understand the rules and procedures of the games before you play.
  6. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to disclose certain details to relevant authorities when required by law.

6. Your Responsibilities

  1. We make no representations or warranties with respect to the legality of access and usage of the Online Gaming Platform in your country of residence.
  2. You shall not transfer your rights under this Agreement without our prior written consent.
  3. You are fully responsible for all taxes, fees, and other costs incidental to and arising from winnings.
  4. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your registration details.
  5. You accept that you are solely responsible for the supply and maintenance of all computer equipment and internet access needed to use the Online Gaming Platform.
  6. You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games, and you accept the outcomes of all such games.
  7. All confirmed bets remain effective even if the system is down or disconnected due to a weak signal.

7. Your Warranties and Representations

  1. You are acting on your own behalf.
  2. You are not restricted by limited legal capacity.
  3. You are not classified as a compulsive gambler.
  4. All details which you give in the process of registering with QQ158 are accurate and will be kept up to date.
  5. You are fully aware that there is a risk of losing money through the use of the Software.
  6. You are not depositing funds originating from criminal and/or unauthorized activities.
  7. You are not colluding or attempting to collude with any other player.
  8. You are not under the age of either (i) 18; or (ii) the age at which gambling activities are legal under the law of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  9. The bank account details supplied by you are those of the registered account holder.

8. Changes to this Agreement or the Privacy Policy

  1. We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this Agreement or the Privacy Policy at any time.
  2. The changes will take effect from the date specified. It is your responsibility to check for notifications of change.
  3. If you continue to use the Website or the Online Gaming Platform after changes are updated, you agree to be bound by those changes.

9. Reservation of Rights

We reserve, at our sole discretion, the right to refuse registration, refuse any wager, change or remove any game, make inquiries including credit checks, terminate your use of the Online Gaming Platform, and block your Player Account if you are in breach of this Agreement.

10. Terms

This Agreement is effective when you accept the terms and conditions, and shall remain in force indefinitely unless terminated. You are bound by this Agreement if you use the Online Gaming Platform.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which QQ158 operates. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
